The Z-type smoking cell trolley with 6 levels is specially designed for the smoking processes of sausages and hams in the meat industry. Its robust stainless steel construction (AISI 304 / 1.4301) ensures high resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and easy cleaning.
With an open and ergonomic design, the trolley allows quick cleaning and effortless handling. The 6 shelves are suitable for smoking rods, while the wide, heat-resistant wheels (-20°C to +80°C) make it easy to move in and out of smoking chambers.
